Apple Sauce

Pet Description: Applesauce is a 6 month old small chihuahua who loves life, despite being born differently! She was born with 4/4 luxating patellas. Her legs are "criss-crossed" - hence her adorable name, Criss-Cross Applesauce. Applesauce gets around very well on her front two legs, but her back legs hinder her movement ability to the point where they will be surgically removed in January. This soon-to-be-two-legged girl will be available for adoption once she is healed. She doesn't let her mobility issues slow her down - she loves to play and run around. She sleeps quietly in a crate and uses puppy pads fairly well. Because of her balance and small size, we will be looking for an adopter without large dogs or small children.
