Shelter: Joseph's Legacy
Pet Description: Butterball was found on his fosters door step looking for food. When his foster seen he had a gash on his head she seen if he would let her pick him up which he did so she took him and and immediately seen if the rescue could help him. It's unknown how he got the gash but he received stitches and since then has had the stitches removed and is doing great! Butterball is up-to-date on shots believe to be a 2 to 3-year-old male long-haired orange cat. Butterball is good in a home with other animals such as dogs and cats even does well with kids. Butterball would just prefer that he have his own space and not have cats and dogs be right up in his face but can coexist. Butterball is definitely a lap kitty and couch potato. He loves snacks and wet food but also loves his dry food. It is VERY important that he be watched by the front door or put up somewhere when you are leaving your home or even bringing groceries in, because of the fact that he used to be an outside cat and he tends to want to run out and adventure. But for his own good he can't! Butterball loves ear and chin rubs he even lets you rub on his belly. Such a friendly and sweet boy would make a good pet for any home!
