Shelter: Louie's Legacy
Pet Description: Meet Lobo! Lobo is a 7 year old, 50 pound Pointer mix looking for a soft place to land in his prime years. Lobo is an amazing dog who found himself without a home at his age right before the holidays. No worries though, because this guy is amazingly easy to take care of and his foster mom has enjoyed getting to know him over the last couple weeks! Lobo is a laid back guy whose favorite thing to do is cuddle up next to his humans. He loves laying next to foster mom on the couch for a long snooze and some head scratches. Lobo also loves leisurely walk, however this is not necessary for this low key guy. He will be the best copilot when traveling in the car and always ready for a long ride looking at the scenery as well. Lobo has been doing great with all of his training. He does decent in the crate, sometimes barks when foster mom first comes in. He has been using the restroom very regularly outside with only a couple accidents when he first arrived. He is decent on the leash just no formal training. Lobo has met several dogs in his foster home. He has been around small and large dogs, older and young dogs and has done great with them all. Lobo has lived with a cat in his past home for several years. He either ignores, or decides to chase the cat at times if the cat gets persnickety.
