Pet Description: Meet Thea! Thea is a 5-year-old, 10lb Maltese! Thea is a little shy, but warms up quickly. She seems to be enjoying her freedom from her former life as a breeder mom in a puppy mill. Thea is not crate trained or house broken at this time, but she is working hard with her foster mom and will need a family who will continue her training. She will need time and patience in her new home to thrive.
