Pet Bio: Meet Hazeltine Hazeltine was found outside by someone who didnt know much about cats but assumed she was a stray due to the fact she had large puncture wounds to the top of her head. She most likely had tangled with a dog. She was treated with antibiotics and healed quickly. Once she was out of an isolation cage, her personality really blossomed and we could see what a loving affection girl she really was. She particularly loves to play with peoples hair. ? She has a beautiful light marbled coat with dark bands on her legs. Is very curious and active and will follow you around to see what you are doing. Would be great company and seems gentle enough to be around kids. Also likes other cats. Would probably not be comfortable in a home with very active dogs given her history. Please consider making an appointment to see if Hazeltine would be the right fit for you. FIV/FeLV negative *Must be 21 or older to adopt **Our shelter has a policy to only adopt within a 50 mile radius so that if problems arise, the pet can easily be returned to the shelter.
